Last year I was unable to maintain the level of exercise my body was used to. So I knew I needed to adjust my diet. Vicki gave me a program to follow. At first it was difficult. But like any habit, once I got through the initial changes, I was fine. Not only did I maintain, with some exercise, I am losing the unwanted fat. I lost a size and a half on my waist. And I've been able to keep that off now for over 2 years. Thanks to Vicki's encouragement and consulting, I'm healthier and feel great. Before I started working with Vicki, I was a fat free junkie. I always felt stressed, anxious, and constantly craving something.
