When I was unable to maintain the level of exercise my body was used to, I knew I needed to adjust my diet. Vicki gave me a program to follow, which was at first difficult. But like any habit, once I got through the initial changes, I was fine. Not only did I maintain, with some exercise, I am loosing the unwanted fat. I lost a size and a half on my waist and I've been able to keep that off for over 2 years. Thanks to Vicki's encouragement and consulting, I'm healthier and feel great. - Ben C.
