Maybe you just need a bit of a tweak or want to slowly enter the water, the Starter Kits are a great route to take.
Complete the Welcome to Wellness Review and receive an evaluation that includes a metabolic profile with Kit and/or Package recommendation(s). The Kits includes a comprehensive “Guidebook” with menu plans, recipes, strategies outlined and additional support resources. But, remember, it is up to YOU to “read the map” and implement the recommendations to get you on your way to wellness. |
