Payment Policies
Payment Policy
All payments must be paid in full or payment schedule determined prior to starting any program or receiving any of the EatGreen Nutrition services and support (offered through the Earth and Water Wellness Institute). Payment for services and product rendered is required at the time or prior to and may be accepted in the form of cash, check or charge. Enrollment fees for online programs and group classes are processed via online credit card checkout. Returned checks will be charged a $20 fee in accordance with bank charges.
Insurance Policy
Currently, we do not bill or accept insurance. Nutrition therapy and the associated lifestyle support services may not be covered by insurance; however, we can provide you with documentation to assist you in being reimbursed by your insurance company directly. All costs are the sole responsibility of the client. Please check with your insurance company to determine if nutrition counseling and wellness education is covered.
Expiration Policy
Personal packages and support session plans must be utilized within a 6-month time frame, unless otherwise determined. Online Courses have time limits and expiration policies that vary per program/course, see the respective program for details.
Cancellation Policy/Session Appointments
When a session (individual or group) is scheduled, remember that it is an appointment for you and your health. Please make a commitment to yourself to keep that scheduled appointment. However, we understand that life happens, so we request at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation or re-schedules. If subsequent sessions continue to be missed, canceled, or rescheduled you may be released from the program and held responsible for the remainder of the program commitment that was agreed upon.
“Life Happens” Policy
We realize that “LIFE HAPPENS,” and sometimes you cannot provide 36-hour notice due to emergency situations. The “LIFE HAPPENS” policy, allows members to cancel with less than a 24-hour notice once.
No Show Policy
"No Show Policy" states that if a client does not call to cancel a scheduled appointment prior to the start time, the session will be applied toward their package even if they haven't used a "Life Happens" session.
Program Refund
Please know that we want you to be completely satisfied. If you have second thoughts prior to any support sessions or the first scheduled wellness consultation (within 7 days), you are able to back out of the program (less a 20% cancellation fee*).
NOTE: You will be held responsible for all consultation and support sessions received and scheduled within 7 days notice of cancellation. *20% reversal fee is off of full program price.

- The “Life Happens” policy does not apply to appointments cancelled within 1 hour of the start time. The session will be applied towards your package
- The "Life Happens Policy" applies toward the Wellness Guides as well, on the rare occasion they should need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. The staff member will apply a free session to the member’s package should they cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
- To cancel an appointment, please call/text/email your Wellness Guide using the best form of communication agreed upon between both parties.
