The Healthy@Home Lifestyle Support services are ideal for those who are eager and ready to clear the clutter in their kitchens and dump the junk in their pantries, paving the way for fresh, nutritious and easy to cook meal ideas and kitchen tips. The sessions will be individualized for what you are looking for and the types of meals you will be preparing.

When life is stressful, time is short and convenience foods are so prevalent and seemingly cost-effective, it can be difficult to choose to eat whole foods or even know where to begin. The large array of these foods, most of which are low in quality, high in quantity and heavily contaminated with chemical preservatives and artificial colors and flavorings has done many of us a huge disservice. Eating whole, natural foods is not as overwhelming and time consuming as many may think!
What You Will Receive:
  1. Dietary Review - we will connect via a phone conversation or in-person meeting to review your current dietary program and your goals and needs
  2. Lifestyle Tools & Guidelines - you will receive a variety of tools and guidelines to help you on your wellness journey, including an "EatGreen Guide for Optimal Health" along with condition specific guidelines and recommendations and online videos and resources that may be helpful.
  3. Personal Support Lessons - together, we will determine what your greatest needs are and the lessons you would like to receive on how to shop, prepare, eat or dine out for your specific needs. This can also include guidance on all other aspects of your life that may be getting in the way of your success, including environmental irritants and pollutants.
  4. Personal Supplementation Recommendations - if requested, you can also learn about supplementation protocol recommendations
  5. Follow-up Consultations & Review - you will not be left to tread water on your own. You will receive follow-up support in the form of emails, phone call(s) or the option to continue with additional support programs.

The program takes place in your own home, empowering you to develop your intuition around food and nourishment within your daily environment.  No more excuses.  You will build the capacity within your own home to live healthy and clean, creating your own personal daily wellness immersion. Our time together will be packed with information and practical ways for you to incorporate healthy nourishing foods into your daily life.

We will briefly chat about logistics ahead of time - developing the outline for our time together; the structure of your time will be dictated by what you need most. You'll also get a check-in call two weeks after our time together.

Most days start at your home, where we will take a quick inventory of things, followed by a trip to the local market. After the market, we will head back home to clear out, organize, declutter, cook, learn, sit, quiet the mind, take in the nourishing meal, and delight in the joy of preparing and eating!  You will come away knowing how to purchase and prepare nourishing and delicious foods in your own home!

  • We'll discuss the items in your refrigerator and pantry and talk about why some choices might be better than others. 
  • You'll learn what staples you should have in your kitchen...and why and how to organize your fridge to keep healthier food more accessible. 
  • I won't make you part with your favorite foods, but show you how to supplement with more nutritious options and alternatives.
  • You'll also learn how to safely incorporate leftovers into a completely new meal - no more boring leftovers!

Healthy at Home Personal Immersion

How about we get 'er done in a full day of hands-on shopping, tossing, slicing, dicing...and EATING!  Sign up for the Personal Immersion and receive the following services, which can be customized per person:
  • 4 hours of in-home and market education
  • Kitchen and pantry assessment and organization
  • A trip to the market with shopping guidelines (optional)
  • Cooking tips with easy to prepare meal ideas (we'll prepare a meal together)
  • Mindful Eating Techniques and Practice Guidelines
  • Along with your dietary review, lifestyle guidelines, supplementation recommendations and follow-up consultation, as outlined above.
Healthy@Home Personal Immersion - $200

Healthy at Home Options:

  • Small Group Option* - Create your own custom small group Healthy at Home Immersion. Pick your friends (up to five) and your location and contact me.
  • Customization - Maybe four hours is too long or too short or you just want help at the grocery store, no worries because we can personalize your lifestyle support program. Contact me and we'll develop a program that works for your specific needs.
  • Join or Book a Healthy Hour - Check out the schedule of monthly 60-minute "healthy hour" talks; each with a specific theme/topic. These talks can also be booked for "home parties".
