When convenience foods are so prevalent and seemingly cost-effective, it can be difficult to want to eat whole foods or even know where to begin. The large array of these foods, most of which are low in quality, high in quantity and heavily contaminated with chemical preservatives and artificial colors and flavorings has done many of us a huge disservice. Eating whole, natural foods is not as overwhelming and time consuming as many may think!
The day is yours to explore one-on-one. Our time together is based on your "Welcome to Wellness" review, which includes a look at your needs, goals, and health concerns. We will focus on how to incorporate healthy habits into your life that support your specific needs
The lifestyle support immersions are ideal for those who are eager and ready to clear the clutter in their kitchens and dump the junk in their pantries, paving the way for fresh, whole and easy to cook meal ideas and kitchen tips.
Together, we will:
• Review your dietary program
• Teach you how to eat for your body type, to maximize your metabolism
• Review how to select healthy options while dining out
• Learn about your optimal supplementation protocol based on your metabolic assessment
• Provide guidance on all other aspects of your life that may be getting in the way of your success!
The program takes place in your own home, empowering you to develop your intuition around food and nourishment within your daily environment. No more excuses. You will build the capacity within your own home to live healthy and clean, creating your own personal daily wellness immersion. Your retreat day will be packed with information and practical ways for you to incorporate healthy nourishing foods into your daily life.
We’ll schedule a phone call ahead of time in which we will spend about 60 minutes discussing your health history, past and current eating styles, your health concerns, and health intentions. We will develop the outline for our time together; the structure of your time will be dictated by what you need most. You'll also get a check-in call two weeks after your personal wellness immersion to see how things are going.
Most days start at your home, where we will take a quick inventory of things, followed by a trip to the local market. After the market, we will head back home to clear out, organize, declutter, cook, learn, sit, quiet the mind, take in the nourishing meal, and delight in the joy of preparing and eating and much, much more! You will come away knowing how to purchase and prepare nourishing and delicious foods in your own home!

Now that you are trying to eat healthier and for people with special considerations (allergies, gluten-sensitivity, diabetes, hypertension, weight management) it can be even more trying. Everyone should have a good idea on what to look for when shopping. I will walk you through a grocery store and provide you with information on what to look for as far as food choices, what to avoid and how to read labels.
This is not a time to stock up on all needed items on your list, but to follow the guidebook created specifically for this session.
