Personal Support Packages
To Guide you on Your Way to Wellness - The food therapy support sessions include guidance and support with goal setting, accountability, tips and action steps with practices and exercises to get you going on your path to wellness, implementing positive lifestyle changes. While the support sessions take place over the phone, you will still be responsible for completing the “home practices” and submit follow-up forms when requested.
Are you having trouble sticking to your plan and would like additional personalized support? Food therapy provides the personal support that creates momentum through commitment and accountability, allowing for individualized attention and education. In additional to the time spent in conversation with your Wellness Guide, you will also receive "homework" and assessments that you are expected to submit prior to your next session.

- Have the desire to make positive changes in their lives and who need a positive accountability partner and health advocate to keep the process of change on track!
- Would like the accountability to increase their capacity to make positive, progressive choices
6 Steps to Success
The 6-Steps to Success Personal Support program allows you to move through the transformation process at a pace that is comfortable for you and allows you time (but not too much time--that's called procrastination) to digest the information and take the steps necessary to move forward on your way to wellness. The sessions are completed virtually (online via Google Hangout/Facetime/telephone) with concurrent e-mail support.
You receive all of the following for just $295

- Six (6) Personalized Assessments
- Six (6) online lessons to complete (on your own time) before you "meet" with your Wellness Coach
- Six (6) 30-Minute personal support sessions with your Wellness Coach after you've completed each module
- Access to "Personal Resource Folder"
- Individualized good "EATS" (your "Essential Action Tips & Strategies"...your steps to success) based on the results of your individual assessments
- Email support throughout the program

If you are needing additional support after completing a Personal Nutrition Profile or the 6-Steps to Success Program, the Food Therapy Coaching program (FTC) is for you! The Food Therapy Coaching program is a monthly coaching program that includes 2 hours of support each month. You will receive guidance from a nutritional perspective and from a behavior modification/life coach perspective. It is a win-win situation!

The Food Therapy Coaching program is a monthly coaching program that includes 2 hours of support each month.
