Personal Support Packages
To Guide you on Your Way to Wellness - The food therapy support sessions include guidance and support with goal setting, accountability, tips and action steps with practices and exercises to get you going on your path to wellness, implementing positive lifestyle changes. While the support sessions take place over the phone, you will still be responsible for completing the “home practices” and submit follow-up forms when requested. |
